How far in advance do i need to book my vacation?

You will need to book your holidays at least 1 month in advance. Please note that all tours are subject to availability and weather conditions.

What is included in the package?

The tour package includes all transportation from Venice to Slovenia (Airfare not included).
Breakfast is included in all days of the tour including dinner for some of the nights.
Accommodation at 4/5* hotels. Entrance fees for all activities will be included in the package.

How do i book my trip & how much of deposit is required to book a trip?

To confirm your trip 30% of a deposit is required at time of booking which is non-refundable. The balance of your trip cost is due according to the terms outlined in the Terms & Conditions below. We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance.

60 to 46 days prior to trip departure – 50% non refundable
45 days or less prior to trip departure – 100% non refundable

Do you provide travel insurance with your tours?

Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages, but we highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events during your journey.
